BI Connector
For a limited time, the standard version of the BI Connector will be available free of charge exclusively for select Qlik users.
1.1 Run the BI Connector installer. A Windows security blue screen will pop up. Click on the “More info” link to proceed.
1.2 After you click on “More info”, you will see the app name and publisher: Innovoco, LLC. Click on the “Run anyway” button.
1.3 Next, you will get a Windows security permission screen (the screen goes blank and pops up this window), click on “Yes”
1.4 The installation wizard will start. Click Next.
1.5 Choose the directory where you like to install the BI Connector
1.6 Confirm the Installation. Click Next.

1.7 A shortcut to the BI Connector will be created on your desktop.
Close the Installer and Open the App. You can double-click the shortcut to run BI Connector or the BI Connector.exe file in your BI Connector installation folder. The first time you run the BI Connector, you will be prompted to enter your license key to proceed. If you don’t have a license key yet, please contact info@innovoco.com.
The primary use case for the BI Connector is Qlik users who have an existing Qlik instance and want to use Power BI licenses as well.
The Connector allows you to use your already modelled and governed Qlik data in Power BI, reducing the effort of integrating data or converting existing Qlik apps to Power BI by up to 80%.
